PLEASE NOTE: A DMV DRIVER'S REPORT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL APPLICATIONS; PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT AND/OR STARTING WORK IN THIS CLASSIFICATION THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST PASS A DRUG SCEENING TEST AS MANDATED BY FEDERAL LAW.
