Requirements / Qualifications Preferred: -Previous coaching experience (youth, school-based, or recreational). Knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, including takedowns, escapes, reversals, pinning combinations, and match strategy -Experience working in a school setting -Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, teachers, administrators, and athletic staff.
