2026-27 Substitute Teacher (Certificated) at Blue Oak Academy & Sycamore Valley Academy

Requirements / Qualifications • Resume • Minimum 2 Letters of Recommendation • Certificated Substitute hire packet (emailed to you after you apply) • Valid CA teaching credential or substitute permit (available on CTC website) • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university A completed TACMO sub hire packet is necessary to be added to the TACMO substitute list. The sub hire packet is emailed to the applicant once the application is submitted. Hire packet will include, but not limited to, the following: • W-4 (federal tax withholding) • DE-4 (state tax withholding) • USCIS Form I-9 • LiveScan Form (needed if fingerprinting directly for TACMO; can also accept TCOE county-wide sub clearance) • CalSTRS Membership Form
