NCLB: To qualify for an Instructional Aide position, you must meet the State of California NCLB (No Child Left Behind) compliance requirement. When applying for this position, you must include proof of ONE (1) of the following with your application: If you do NOT attach proof, then you will not be recommended to move forward in the interview process. 1. Passed CBEST 2. AA (Associates) or higher College Degree 3. 48 College Semester Units or higher (1.5 Quarter Units = 1 Semester Unit) 4.
