Location: Human Resources, 645 Wool Creek Drive, San Jose, CA 95112. The components are: Multiple choice questions on basic custodian procedures and safety. A COMPLETED APPLICATION AND PHOTO ID ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE EXAMS. EMPLOYMENT OFFER IS CONTINGENT UPON DETERMINATION OF FITNESS FOR THE POSITION-BASIC MEDICAL EXAMINATION (POPP).
