Requirements / Qualifications • All documentation required must be attached onto your EDJOIN application to be considered.Hard copies and faxes are not acceptable. • Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Heat Illness Prevention Certificates must be renewed every (2) two years.
