Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Possess a High School diploma or GED certificate, and Complete 48 semester units though an accredited college or university, or Possess an AA degree or higher, or Demonstrate knowledge of, and ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and math, as certified by passing score on an exam issued by a designated agency Advanced training in areas of behavior management (ABA procedures), social skills training, implementation of behavior support plans and behavior intervention plans First Aid and CPR certificate; Additional training in de-escalation techniques and physical restraint practices Resume Cover Letter CPR/First Aide Certificate 2-3 Letters of Reference
