Requirements / Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years higher education or an associate degree or higher. Must meet a rigorous standard of quality and demonstrated knowledge of and ability to assist in instructing reading, writing and mathematics, as determined by a formal state or local assessment. Additional experience working with school age students desired. As part of your hiring process, you are required to complete a physical abilities test to assure that you have the required physical abilities to perform the required job functions.
