E-Sports Coach

Requirements / Qualifications • Previous soccer coaching experience preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge of soccer fundamentals, rules, strategies, and player development. • Ability to communicate effectively with middle school student-athletes and families. • Strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Commitment to student-athlete academic success and personal development. • Ability to successfully complete required district coaching certifications, background clearance, and safety training. • Ability to meet all district and applicable athletic association requirements. All application materials must submitted through Edjoin along with a completed application: Certifications required prior to clearance: • CPR/First Aid • CIF Coaching Education Certificate • NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching • Sudden Cardiac Arrest certificates. • Concussion in Sports • Heat Illness Prevention certifications. • Letter of Introduction • Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 letters, must be dated within the last 12 months) • Resume
