Enrichment Coordinator (Arts and Gardening)

Requirements / Qualifications Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Classroom: 2 years (Preferred) Comments and Other Information Qualifications Proven experience in curriculum development for arts or environmental education programs. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage children across diverse age groups. Experience working directly with children in educational or recreational settings, especially in youth programs. Expertise in teaching visual arts, performing arts such as dance or theater, and musical instruments; choreography or dance instruction experience is a plus. Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant biology, sustainability practices, and outdoor activity safety protocols. Background in teaching music or instrumental performance; photography or culinary experience is advantageous. Familiarity with childhood development principles and behavior management strategies to support positive learning experiences. Ability to plan lessons effectively while adapting to individual student needs and interests. Creativity blooms at Empower.
