Requirements / Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Must meet all California Education Code, CIF, CIF Sac-Joaquin Section, and District requirements for interscholastic athletic coaches. • Completion of an approved coaching education program meeting California/CIF requirements, or ability to complete the required program within the timeframe permitted by CIF. • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification and completion of required Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Heat Illness training. • Ability to obtain all required District employment clearances, including fingerprint/background clearance.
