Summary This PROGRAM ANALYST is located JFHQ-State and is part of the CA USPFO Air. Qualifications PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-9: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: Experience conducting studies of work processes and procedures; Experience identifying problems, reviews production standards, and makes tentative recommendations for problem resolution; Experience independently evaluating the effectiveness of substantive unit programs and processes in meeting their established goals and objectives.
