Substitute Licensed Nurse

Requirements / Qualifications All substitutes are required to complete the following prior to working: - LiveScan (fingerprint) clearance - Tuberculosis (TB) clearance - Keenan SafeSchools mandated training modules - New hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, etc.), along with two valid forms of identification Additional requirements include*: - Possession of a current and valid LVN or RN license - Possession of a valid California driver’s license and a safe driving record - Proof of current automobile insurance - Current CPR and/or First Aid certification Comments and Other Information Please Note: Substitutes work on an on call, as needed basis in the absence of regular employees.
