Substitute Preschool Aide

Requirements / Qualifications TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of successful experience involving contact with children in an instructional capacity in a school preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree or 48 units or Certification of Passage of the Instructional Aide Assessment Exam. Plus completion of Preschool Packet (additional forms required-contact District Office) Important Notice: Effective January 1, 2026, under the Education Code section 44051 (California SB 848), applicants for noncertificated (classified) positions must list all prior employment with school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and state special schools, regardless of duration, including full-time, part-time, and substitute work. Failure to disclose all previous educational employment may result in application disqualification or, if hired, termination for dishonesty.
