Reporting to the Public Works Director, this position leads a division of nine staff, supported by consultants providing additional project delivery capacity and specialized expertise and plays an important role in advancing the City's five-year Capital Improvement Program, which includes 87 projects spanning transportation, mobility, public facilities, drainage, and other major community investments.
