Requirements / Qualifications Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a closely related field. Education: Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience in human resources, including but not limited to, credentialing, personnel management and supervisory experience. Experience within a Merit System public agency or K-12 education setting is highly desirable. Equivalency: Any combination of education and progressive HR experience, including supervision, staff organization, credentialing, and personnel management.
