Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: Required • Minimum of two years of relevant coaching experience. • Ability to instruct, motivate, and supervise student-athletes in a professional and supportive manner. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, student-centered mindset. Preferred • Varsity-level coaching experience. • College playing or coaching experience. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: • Hourly Range: $21.00 - $27.00, commensurate with experience • Paid Time Off: Sick pay • Additional: Wee Tartan Childcare Center (upon availability)
