Requirements / Qualifications Candidates interested in this position must meet ESSA standards and provide proof of the following: 1. A high school diploma or the equivalent, AND a. Two years of college (48 units), OR b. A. A. degree (or higher), OR c. Pass a local (County Office of Education) assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction.
