Requirements / Qualifications If you do not have a valid credential/permit, please submit a copy of your unofficial transcripts that indicate your BA/BS degree or submit a copy of your diploma. References will be checked and must include a valid email. Please let your references know we will be reaching out soon. RCSD may grant referrals to the Placer County Office of Education (PCOE) Substitute Consortium for selected applicants. The referral will expedite the processing time with the PCOE's Substitute Consortium and the Commission of Teaching Credentialing (CTC). • Credential Copy (Valid CA credential/permit, copy of unofficial transcripts indicating BA/BS degree, or copy of your dipolma.) • Letter of Introduction • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Letter of Recommendation - Please include a letter of recommendation from a previous supervisor, dated within the last year. ) • Resume • TB Screening Result (Completed within the last 60 days.
