Requirements / Qualifications Hold a valid California teaching credential and any administrative credential required for the position. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Have experience in teaching, school and or educational leadership. Demonstrate a commitment to student success and a positive school culture Provide leadership and oversight of daily school site operations. Support instructional quality, curriculum implementation, and student achievement. Supervise, guide, and collaborate with teachers and school staff. Promote student safety, engagement, and positive behavior. Communicate effectively with families, staff, and district leadership. Ensure compliance with applicable state education requirements, district policies, and school procedures.
