In addition, a California Wellness Coach certification or the willingness to pursue the required clinical hours to apply upon appointment is required. The role is focused on fostering a school environment where students feel safe, supported, and actively engaged in their learning community. Through daily interactions, proactive behavioral support, and student leadership opportunities. Engagement Assistants help create a positive, inclusive, and structured school culture.
