Technology Support Technician

Requirements / Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Any combination of experience and education equivalent to: two (2) years of college level course work in computer science, data communications, electrical engineering or a high school diploma with equivalent work experience in the computer field, preferably including experience with various operating systems such as Macintosh, MS-DOS, Windows, Netware, Groupwise, LAN/WAN protocols and systems. Licenses Required: Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver's License. Microcomputer Specialist Certificate or equivalent. Comments and Other Information Must Successfully take and pass the Technology Support test with a score of 70% or above. Testing will be given at a later date. Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 p.m.
