5th Grade Teacher (St. Anthony School - San Gabriel)

Requirements / Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (Master’s preferred) * California Teaching Credential (or progress in this area) preferred * Catechetical certification (or willingness to obtain through the Archdiocese) Comments and Other Information A key element of this position entails learning and faithfully implementing Success for All reading instruction as part of our schoolwide curriculum plan. Other qualifications include: * Fostering a positive, faith-centered classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth * Experience working with elementary students, especially primary grades * Practicing Catholic strongly preferred * Commitment to the mission and philosophy of Catholic education * Strong communication, classroom management, and instructional skills
