Requirements / Qualifications Required Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in physical therapy, or related field, from an accredited college or university Licenses and Certifications Possess and appropriate California Driver’s License with evidence of insurability Current licensure with California State Board of Physical Therapy CPR Certification within six (6) months of employment • Certification (Current licensure with California State Board of Physical Therapy) • Copy of Transcript (Must Show Confer Date) • Letter of Introduction • Resume Comments and Other Information Applicants requiring a reasonable accommodation for the interview or testing process must notify Human Resources three business days prior to an interview or testing date.
