TSD is seeking a motivated, qualified, and experienced professional who embraces TSD’s core values of Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, Communication, and Service to fill the open Controller position. The Controller is engaged in the development and implementation of TSD’s accounting and financial activities. Responsibilities include staff supervision; general ledger accounting; accounts payable and receivable; fixed asset accounting; cash monitoring; treasury and banking functions; month-end and year-end closing processes; financial reporting; and related fiscal support services. The position oversees and participates in the annual financial statement audit and contributes to the development and administration of the annual budget. The Controller performs the full range of professional finance and accounting work with integrity, discretion, and independent judgment. The individual in this position receives only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise and demonstrates a commitment to continuous process improvement and professional development. Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university with major coursework in accounting, finance, business or public administration, or closely related field.
