Community Engagement & Development Manager

Requirements / Qualifications Required Application Materials Candidates must submit the following documents: - Completed EDJOIN application - Letter of Introduction expressing interest in the position - Current resume - Three professional references (dated within the past three years, including at least one from a direct supervisor) Comments and Other Information Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, public relations, nonprofit management, education, or a related field. - Experience in community engagement, marketing, fundraising, business development, public relations, or related work. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency with digital communication platforms, social media, and common office productivity tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Three or more years of relevant professional experience. -Experience in education, nonprofit organizations, community relations, or fundraising. - Experience developing corporate sponsorships or external partnerships. -Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and communications strategy. - Experience coordinating events or managing cross-functional projects. - Mandarin language proficiency is desirable but not required. - Familiarity with the Irvine and Orange County community is a plus.
