Requirements / Qualifications MINIMUM & DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Credential Requirement: Holds a valid California Administrative Services Credential. Education: At a minimum, any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to a master’s degree and five years increasingly responsible management experience in a school district setting. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful executive-level or central office administrative experience (e.g., Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Director, or Principal).
