Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 1–3+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or field technician roles Specialized training in basic computer or a related field and two years of responsible work experience in the operation and management of technology systems and equipment preferred. The below certifications or equivalent work experience is highly desired. Also, desired will be any course work or experience in studying for or in the process of studying for the listed certifications: -Certified Ethical Hacker, CEH -Video Editing Certification or Adobe After Effects or Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) - Microsoft Certificated Solutions Expert-Enterprise Devices and Applications, MCSE. - Microsoft Certificated Solutions Expert-Server Infrastructure -Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician-Interconnecting Cisco Networks-CCENT - Cisco Certified Network Associate, CCNA. - Apple Certificated Associate-Mac and OS 10.10 and higher -Google Certificated Administrator -Fiber and Cat5/6 Cabling Certification -Vmware Certification • Certificate Copy • Letter of Introduction • Letter(s) of Recommendation • Proof of HS Graduation Comments and Other Information *Strong knowledge of computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) *Experience with Windows and/or macOS operating systems *Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches) *Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot software and applications *Experience with antivirus, patching, and basic cybersecurity practices *Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT asset management tools **This position will require competency testing during the interview.
