Requirements / Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: - Bachelor's or an associate degree in a field related to counseling, social work, or health and wellness with four (4) years of experience working with youth, implementing behavioral and social-emotional interventions. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: - Documented training in counseling, restorative justice, or other related strategies. - Wellness Coach Certification • Copy of Transcript • Letter of Introduction (Must be on Word or PDF document - photos are not acceptable) • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) Letters of Recommendation) • Resume (Must be on Word or PDF document - photos are not acceptable) Comments and Other Information NOTE: - Salary Placement: External candidates cannot place past step D.
