Special Education Technician (5.5-Hours)

Requirements / Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent; AND -Earn an Associate’s degree; OR -Complete 60 semester hours of college coursework with a grade of “C” or higher. -One year or more of experience working with children in an organized setting is preferred. -Ability to obtain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification or equivalent certification approved by the Tulare County Office of Education. -Possession of or ability to obtain a First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate within the first six (6) months of employment. -Possession of and ability to maintain a valid California Driver’s License and valid auto insurance. • Copy of Transcript (Copy of college transcript) • Driver's License Copy • Letter(s) of Recommendation • Proof of HS Graduation • Resume
