Requirements / Qualifications EDJoin application fields must be complete to be considered. Please include the following document attachments: • Letter(s) of Recommendation (PREFERRED: At least 1 signed letter from a professional reference (preferably drafted within the past two years, and on letterhead)) • NCLB Compliance (Must submit ONE of the following: Copy of your College Transcript showing an AA degree or 48 semester units, OR a certificate from a verified educational institution showing a passing score on an NCLB/Paraprofessional exam. If you do not meet this requirement, but meet other screening criteria, you will be invited to take the NCLB exam with our District.) • Resume (REQUIRED) Comments and Other Information Fingerprint,TB clearance, and completion of pre-employment tasks are required prior to hire. Candidates will receive an automated confirmation message from EDJoin acknowledging that their application has been successfully submitted. Once applications are screened, another EDJoin notification will be sent to candidates regarding whether they are eligible to proceed to an exam and/or interview.
