Requirements / Qualifications
Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education Psychology or a related field Minimum of 2 years working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in a supervisory role supporting behavior therapists/paraeducators. Driving between multiple school sites on a weekly basis Ability to manage conflict with a solutions based mindset. High level of written and oral communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail.
