Requirements / Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent transferable units - Three (3) years of experience working in non-profit, educational, or community-organizing or support organizations Desirable Qualifications: - Experience working in a school district - Experience managing community partnerships or programs - Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Letter of Introduction • Letter(s) of Recommendation • Proof of HS Graduation • Resume Comments and Other Information NOTE: - Salary Placement: External candidates cannot place past step D.
