Paraprofessional

Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent. -Associate degree or completion of at least two years of college (48 semester units or equivalent). -At least six college units in child development; 12 or more preferred. -Experience or demonstrated potential working with students, including students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. -Successful completion of an OCS-approved paraprofessional instructional proficiency assessment or CBEST assessment. -Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively with others. -Resume -Letter of introduction -Three professional references -College transcripts (unofficial copies accepted for initial review) -Documentation of a qualifying paraprofessional assessment, if already completed • Letter of Introduction • Letter(s) of Recommendation • Resume Comments and Other Information -Candidates must complete required Live Scan background clearance, TB documentation (from within 60 days), qualification verification, and applicable onboarding and training requirements.
