Requirements / Qualifications The District is accepting applications for a Human Resources Analyst. These are the minimum experience and education/training standards that will be used to admit or reject applicants for examination. High School Diploma or completion of GED and one (1) year of college-level coursework in Public Administration, Industrial Psychology or Business Management and four (4) years of technical experience in human resources; preferably in the public sector. or High School Diploma or completion of GED and five (5) years of technical experience in human resources, preferably in the public sector.
