Requirements / Qualifications MUST BE COMPLETED WITH TULARE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION OR VUSD: Fingerprint Clearance THE FOLLOWING MUST BE ATTACHED TO APPLICATION: • Credential Copy (Valid/Current 30-Day Sub Permit or Valid/Current Credential) • TB Screening Result (Within the past 4 years) Comments and Other Information 1. Complete Application and VUSD will verify fingerprint clearance with TCOE.. 2. Qualified applicants will be invited to attend an orientation/intake meeting. 3. New hire Guest Teachers will be set up in our systems: Employee ID, Email, etc. 4. PLEASE NOTE: This process does take several weeks. We recruit on an as needed basis. We appreciate and consider all applications, but will only contact candidates who are selected to move forward with the application process. RECRUITMENT TIMELINE November 2 – November 13 Applications open for candidates to apply to. November 16 - November 18 Applications will be reviewed and screened. November 19 - November 24 Selected Candidates will participate in brief interviews as part of the selection process. November 30 - December 18 Recommended candidates will begin the onboarding and clearance process, including submission of required documents. Orientation Information Cleared candidates will receive additional information regarding orientation sessions and next steps.
