Requirements / Qualifications Resume and any other pertinent documents. Experience doing computer repair and network management. Experience in training computer clients in mail systems, software systems, and library automation. College level coursework in computer networks and computer trouble shooting. Comments and Other Information Applicants chosen for the interview process may be given written or practical test by the tech support department.
