Requirements / Qualifications Required: • Senior executive leadership experience in a nonprofit, educational institution, public agency, or mission-driven organization • Strong financial management, including budget oversight and organizational sustainability • Experience leading teams and strengthening organizational culture • Knowledge of and commitment to bilingual and multilingual education and the needs of multilingual/English learners and their families • Ability to travel throughout California, and nationally and internationally as needed Preferred: • Master's or doctoral degree in education, educational leadership, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field • Experience as a CEO, Executive Director, Superintendent, or comparable senior executive • Demonstrated success in fundraising and revenue diversification • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language No credential required.
