Maintenance Person I - Assigned to the Maintenance and Grounds Dept (27-01)

Requirements / Qualifications EXPERIENCE Required: - A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a general maintenance position in a large facility or school district and one year in a specific building trade Desired: - Additional years of experience in a specific building trade EDUCATION Required: - High School Diploma or equivalent DOCUMENTS Required: - Possession of a valid California Drivers License - DMV Printout (showing No Vehicle Code moving violation within the last 12 months) TO APPLY: Complete and submit EDJOIN application. Applications will be screened. Applicants who pass the initial screening will be invited to take the written test which is tentatively scheduled to take place Thursday, 11/19/2026. Qualified applicants will be selected to participate in the hands-on testing process, date to be determined.
