Personnel Specialist

Requirements / Qualifications A District Test will be administered as part of the interview process. Typing Certificate required - 50 net wpm /5 minute test. This position is 8 hours per day. Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch. Education: • Graduation from high school. • College education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for two years of general clerical experience. Experience: • Two years of general clerical experience involving frequent public contact, plus a minimum of one year’s experience as a personnel secretary or personnel clerk, preferably in a school district. • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two letters are required.) OR Letter(s) of Reference (Two letters are required.) • Proof of HS Graduation (Proof of High School Graduation or equivalent) • Resume • Typing Certificate (50 net wpm net/5 minute test.)
